Since 2001, I’ve been obsessed with the question of skin aging. Not just how it looks, but why it happens, how it affects us emotionally, and how to reverse it in a meaningful and lasting way. I didn’t accept surface-level answers or follow the skincare status quo. I dove into the physiology, the science, the literature, teaching myself rather than just accepting what was commonly repeated. What I discovered changed everything: skin aging is multifaceted, and treating it effectively requires a comprehensive, daily approach using all the right actives, not just a few.
